  3. You don't say, but I have a feeling you're in the UK, in which case the American answers are irrelevant. The UK limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, so 70 will take you to double the limit.

  5. in arizona the legal limit is 0.08. so if you are double the legal limit then you'd read 0.16

  7. In Alaska "over the limit" is 0.8 so it would register as 0.16 and you would have your drunken butt hauled off to jail.

    That's pretty much all Alaskan cops do is look for drunks...  It's sad :(

The limit is different in every State and can even very on county to county depending on what state you live in.  There is no Federal Law.  Did you know that a lot of you Counties in Kentucky and other adjoining states are called "dry counties"? They do not serve alcohol of any kind, anywhere for any reason. They get really S****y if you get pulled over with it too. Just an F.Y.I.
