if something cost: 599.99$ how much would it be with taxes, in CANADA?

depends on where you live in canada!

There are three taxes in canada- the PST, GST, and HST

Where my parents live I think it's 13%, in Ontario.

13% on 599.99 is $78.00 even, leaving your total cost to be $677.99.

Quebec is about the same, but I'm not sure about the other providences. What one do you live in?

I believe QST (quebec sales tax) is 7.5% + GST of 5% = 12.5% so you'd be on the hook for $75 of tax.
