What would they do if you said no?

If you're on the plane and they ask you to put your seatbelt on (tuberlance) and you said "No"

....?

They would tell you to put your seat belt on, if you then refused, chances are the police would be waiting for you upon arrival.

I wouldn't advise it.  

They have their own rules and it really doesn't make sense to not put on your seatbelt.  It is for your own safety as well as the people near you that probably wouldn't appreciate being struck with your body if it got tossed by that turbulence.

If you cause a disturbance on a plane, you may be arrested on landing.

First of all.....why would you say no?  If you are sitting there during turbulence and the plane takes a sharp dip, you could end up getting knocked out of your seat.  Its for your safety.  Now, if you want Homeland Security meeting you when you get off of the plane and putting you through a whole bunch of c**p and delaying you.....say no.  We live in a different world now....
