The rifle you have in the photo is a kit. The lower receiver is NOT included.... The lowers cost an additional $110 to $200 depending on the brand you buy..... So that rifle will not be $460. Figure put together with all parts about $600.... In a store a rifle would cost around $799 on up .....

If a brand new complete rifle built to those specs was sold in a store it would probably be marked anywhere from $800-$950. A bit less if the Model 1 name was associated with it.

It all depends on which brand parts were on the gun.  Bushmaster and Colt uppers, bolts and carrier assemblies, lower parts kits would run more than off brand parts and kits such as Model1 kits and parts.

And if you're talking about the exact rifle in the picture you posted, it doesn't have a DPMS Panther Lower.  That kit is everything EXCEPT for the lower receiver.

It would sell for less than an Olympic Arms Plinker.  Model 1 sales are cheap guns with cheap parts.....
