ok well every Tuesday-thursday i run half a mile do 90 sit ups and run suicides on a basketball court along with playing volleyball

(that's what we do for volleyball practice)

so what would it do to me???

  1. well running short distance should increase your speed and allows your legs to learn to move faster so you can run and save the volley ball and doing sit ups actually help loosen your body a bit so you can stretch better( the upper body) so when you want to spike some1, you arms would be able to move faster and basically it  keep you in shape but it also has its disadvantages.

  3. it builds ur muscular endurance. you will be able to perform strenuous activities for much longer than you are able to do now
