Your lack of punctuation kinda confuses me here but if you mean "ssitting outside enjoying the sunshine in California....\." Then it means just that.

The periods are an improper ellipse (should only be 3 periods), and the backslash is a typo. An ellipse is supposed to mean you're trailing off your thought, or a dramatic pause.
