  1. REPORT IT. that's just wrong and he's not going by the law. He's supposed be helping this country and he's with a 16 year old girl....real help right??? i think not.

  2. I understand your rage, but unless you have facts that absolutely prove the statement, then stay out of it.  If you spread this rumor without fact it could come back to harm you in the divorce.  I'm happy that your getting out of this relationship with this SOB.  Good luck.

  3. yes, I would......

  4. My first answer is yes, simply because the other party is a minor...but, since we don't know much more about him, her, or the situation, I can't be for sure if that is the right thing to do or not.

My next impulsive  answer is to tell you NOT TO BE A SNITCH, and mind your own business, but, again without knowing any other info, I can't be for sure if that is the right thing to do or not...either.

Next time, it would help if you would provide more info. It makes it seem like you are omitting vital information just so you can get the answer you WANT to hear, as opposed to the RIGHT answer....

  5. I'd mind my own business.  Would you like him sticking his nose in your sexual business?

  6. Just get out and don't look back. Turning him in will most likely start a chain of events that could come back to haunt you. Look ahead and not behind you.

  7. Although it is wrong, I think that reporting him would destroy his career and his life.  You may know that what he is doing is wrong but the consequences for reporting him is for life.  A s*x offender is a s*x offender forever.  He will never have a life or hold a job after that.

I think the best thing that you could do is to just talk to him about it not in a jealous way, but as a friend.  Explain that what he is doing is wrong and the consequences would be horrible if the wrong people found out.  I think that if you tell him that you know and just don't want anything bad to happen to him or  his career, that he might end it himself with little damage to himself and his future.

  8. For what, so he can be brought up on charges and later discharged dishonorably?  What about the child support?  Who's gonna pay it then?

  9. 16 isn't that legal...is in the uk!!!....or do the military have rules on this....TBH i'm sure her parents can handle it.... leave him to it... if he can only get 16 yr olds then shows your right to get divorced... he'll know it was u stay safe and keep out of it!!!

  10. it would be deemed as being morally wrong by many people, but it is not illegal. as for reporting it, what outcome do you foresee or expect?

i would concentrate on my own affairs

  11. First of all, do you fear him?  Can you confront him on this? Have you? If so, I think you should. If you plan to report it, perhaps warn him. That all depends on how much you still care for him. Are you doing this for concern or spite?  As a father myself, I would want to know if my daughter was dating a guy that old. It could mean trouble for her! 16 year olds can be foolish, but he should know better. What the heck is he thinking?! During the divorce?! I'm guessing he's not the brightest bulb in the lamp. This jeapardizes his standing in the divorce and in the military - I'm certain this is a UCMJ violation if he's full time. I'd say: give him fair warning if you think he deserves it, then report it. You might even want to ask your lawyer about this one.

  12. and you care because?

  13. Of course. He ruining the life of an minor!

  14. Absolutely! I would at least report it to her parents. But keep in mind, what is the age of consent in the state that you are in. She might be legally able to date your ex.

  15. Tell his company commander.  Its the best way for you, if you divorce him. The military will punish him, and you'll have proof in writing of his actions if you need them in court.  He lives by a different set of laws. What he is doing is illegal.  Just cheating on your wife is illegal in the military. Her being 16 makes it even worse.  Definitely report him.

  16. That's just wrong.  That makes him a pediphile.  Why would a 27 year old want to date a 16 year old?  He must be really immature.

You can only make that decision in regards to reporting him.  I personally would let him know that I KNOW, and he better be careful.
