if u have a problem and u want to send it to a newspaper asking readers for help or sugestions what online news paper wich is most pupuler would u turn to?

This question is too general.  It depends what type advice you require.  Where you are located?  Is it Political, Medical, Social, Technical, etc.

Hmmm, this shouldn't be in "Embassies & Consulates".

Having said that, I'd go wih a local newspaper, rather than national/international.  Where are you located?
