It has happened to me.  I was too shocked to do anything, so inevitably I lost my world, house, job, and ended up having to restart my life again two years later in another town.  I was a recluse afraid of life for a long time.  Not recommended.

It has happened to me before, many times, but sometimes you need to talk to that friend and see why he did that...because you might see that he has stabbed you when in fact he was trying to help you...sometimes we need to see things from different angles to understand his point of view
