  1. try to do much better than her

  2. Who cares if your wife makes more. Its not that big of an issue. The way i would look at it is more money coming in the household. No issue at all.

  3. omg. grow up...

  4. I understand that you want to be the provider and earner.   It makes you feel more like a man.   Just work hard and look for a promotion to come to you in the near future.

    Good Luck

  5. money is money, i wish my mrs made more than me

  6. I would ask her to buy me a CRF450 for my birthday.

  7. Well If i was married I would just want everything 50/50 so as long as your spliting bills and helping her around the house, it shouldn't just be based on money.

  8. stay home clean house then go fishing...

  9. wish  hubby will support me more..

well I make more than hubby and I still do much more housework than he does.. whats wrong here... lol??

  10. I would be proud that she has a job. It doesn't matter how much she makes our I make, wit's what we do with that money that makes the difference. In fact there was a time when she made more than I did. Now I make more than her, but then again she's in school, and if she gets a job in the industry she's going, chances are she'll make more than me again. But like I said, it's not something I'm going to get upset about or let it effect my ego or anything.

You would let something this trivial kill your ego?

  11. I'd be happy she's contributing a larger income to the family.  If she makes more than you get over it.

  12. well it has to be even...if she makes more, than he spends more...

  13. I would be proud of her....

  14. well seeing as how i'm gonna be an accountant in a couple years when i graduate starting in the high 30's to low 40's i would make sure she was putting the extra money toward retirement and staying away from too much bad debt. i do think the woman i do eventually marry will have to be at least a little financially responsible because of my background and my tendencies towards financial freedom.
