What would u do with a small room?

Question

Soon I'm going to be moving into a new house, and my bedroom is pretty small. (I'm a pre-teen, btw)

What can I do with it? My mom said I can get new furniture. What should I get?

I want something that looks pretty cool, laid back. I'm a real artsy and musical person

well you could get bedding's and for furniture, i don't have ideas :D when i was going to move houses i always went to pbteen.com. i got my bedding's from pottery barn.

o kool i just moved into a new house my room is small and im a pre-teen...but i luv my new room even if it is small...wat u sould do is paint ur room your favourite coulor, then maybe you can buy a boom bow or but celebraty posters and put them upalso ask for ur computer in ur room,and it u play any instuments put it in ur room(like i play the gitter)

I would try to get furniture that does not take up too much floorspace. Try a bunk bed with a desk underneath so it is all contained. Once the floorspace is gone you will miss it. I did and ended up throwing out a whole bed/desk thing because I was left with hardly any floorspace.

hang some mirrors that will make it feel bigger, you know those mirrors that you hang on the back of your door you can buy 4 or 5 of them and hang them in a row with a little space inbetween something like this --i have this in my dining room everyone compliments on it

it doesnt look like 4 mirrors on a wall it looks like a really cool mirror design..if you can get ones with beveled edges and not a frame around them

anyway another thing would be to paint it a color you like but nothing too dark.

the only furniture I would put in there is a small bed two tiny nightstands

and if you need a desk for school work or you have a computer i would get something like this so it wont take up much space

you dont really need dressers because they will take up alot of space and you can keep everything in your closet you can use things like this in ur closet to make room

I would go with a daybed that has a canopy, I have one and it's the best. If you want a desk then get one that has a lot of space for your things that you want to show off like music and pictures. For a dresser I would get one that has a mirror attached to it because it's just simpler.
