No psychologic matters what so ever. I always sleep at 6am or 7am or maybe at 3am (if i'm drunk) i'm a band singer, start working at 9pm-1am, got home at 2am. I am a homebody, i dont go/do things in the morning until the time i go to work which is in the afternoon. But i need to find a way to have my beauty sleep.. So i would be able to wake up before lunch (at 10am or 11am) so i can make my brain n body functioning n exercizing properly. i kept on skipping lunch coz i always woke up at 3pm. And after 4years in that cycle, i think its affecting my health now,i get tired easily n its not good. Is there a way i should do?? Help? I dont want pills.

  1. IIT'S HARD FOH MEEH TEW GO TEW SLEEP TEW...LOL...

  2. Foam ear plugs, they're nice, and lose the cola drinks.

  3. You need to keep a regular routine. I know you said that you don't want to use pills, but melatonin works well and is something that the body produces naturally anyway. It should help with your circadian rhythm which obviously has been thrown off by your erratic lifestyle. Some say that sub-lingual kind works best. People have been using it for years for jet lag.

PS You can pretty much buy it anywhere that sells supplements.
