What would u think of all of this?

Question

You work with a very soft-spoken young woman. You and another coworker eat lunch with her. She's usually very quiet. She came up with an idea to get you a few presents and make muffins in the shape of babies before you go on pregnancy leave. They surprised you today. Your other lunch buddy informs you that all of this was the quiet woman's idea. Upon hearing this, the quiet woman lowered her head and smiled, but wouldn't make eye contact with anyone. All throughout lunch she was still very quiet.

What would u think of all of this?

She's overall a nice person. Does not want to get too close to her coworkers though.  May just be shy or have some kind of social anxiety.

She's probably just shy, but sounds like a very sweet person. You should thank her, talk to her more often, include her into your conversations so she gets more comfortable to talk more during lunch. That's what i would do....

I don't know,  i would be a lil suspicious of her, i would think there is a lil evil plan going on in the back of her mind. I just wouldn't fully trust her...and i woudl trust my gut about her...and i would also think that maybe(on the alternative) she just might have...nothing to say, or she can't think of the right thing to say, or that she is trying to win my favor with the muffins and gifts....yeah thats what i would think.

To me, she apparently cares about you and your incoming blessing. It's easy for anyone to congratulate another for their blessings. Your introverted friend had to make an extra effort to break a barrier down: her inability to express herself.

She is reaching her hands out to you, and now, you could also reach your hands out to her. Showing gratitude does wonders for one's self-esteem, and might possibly help her open up more.

I'm not quite sure if you're alarmed by her unexpected friendliness. Nonetheless, you should welcome her.

Unless you see her watching you through your bathroom window. That's when you run. Have fun.

I would think that she is a very nice person. Just careing and thoughtful, but a bit shy. It is hard to say anymore. She's just a  nice person ^.^ . In a world like this, don't question people being randomly thoughtful and careing.

Err honestly? I'd be slightly freaked out by the muffin shaped babies. Maybe she likes eating babies. Possibly a crazed psychopath, it's always the quiet ones...

You should do something nice for her, but don't make a big deal of it.
