See, I think the grizzly, too! He's got 100lbs or more on the gorilla, swipping power, and claws! Almost all my buddies say the gorilla because he's more mobile and has thumbs.

  1. Grizzly, no contest! Check this out!

GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) — State bear managers seeking to capture and collar female grizzly bears as part of a population count recently trapped a 7 foot, 6 inch male grizzly that weighed 750 pounds after a winter of hibernation.

Mike Madel, bear management specialist with the state Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks, said it took two scales and a hydraulic crane to weigh the 8-year-old bruin that had 3 1/2-inch claws and a neck circumference of 4 feet.

    Bye, bye Gorilla!

  2. GRIZZLY NO DOUT BOUT IT

  3. No way a grizzly can win.

The thing is that it is not just the brawn but brain as well, which gorilla has both. Bear is not  as intelligent as a Gorilla.

Moreover the Gorilla can use the cage to it's advantage because it can climb easily. Bear has claws so it will not be able to climb a cage unless it's a meshed one but it would be slow climbing.

    So your friends are right.
