I want something electronic to help me keep my schedule. My phone carrier is sort of pre-paid so they dont have smart phones, and I was wondering what I could get?

I need to put appointments in, bills due dates, something to basically help keep my schedule. And for me to keep numbers and addresses, things like that.

I dont really want a day planner.

What should I get?

  1. I think you would be happy with a Palm Treo. I have a Palm and it's a great easy to use smartphone organiser that is upgradable with programs that make things easy for you. I would get one with the Palm Operating Software and not Microsoft. The Microsoft OS was the only complaint i had with a Palm and it was not Palm's fault. I had so many errors and after sending error reports to Microsoft it took forever to get some one to respond and then I was repeatedly told there is no solution to my problem! GRRRRRRR! Palm to my Treo back and exchanged it for one with their operating system and it has been trouble free ever since!

I have the GSM service type of phone which has 4 bands making it a world band phone. It would probably work on your service if you have GSM which most prepaid carriers are.

45 minutes setting up your Palm and you should be close to being pro. One recommendation, when you upgrade the memory and add an SD memory card, go with the largest emeory you can cureently 2GB I believe.
