Sorry, I know this will sound a little cliche but I would make every human in the world equal.

Every human would have equal access to everything, they would all have the same opportunities, the same access to education, the same chances.

In this day and age, why should there be children starving and dying from malnutrition and deadly diseases when we have all the sources in the world to prevent it???

But say for instance if I did fail, I'd want to pause time whenever I wanted!!

Fly would be on the top of my list.

Then I'd call every head of state and tell them to get along with all other head of states.

Then I'd mix a medicine that would miraculously counteract the effects of addiction and sell it for a dew dollars a dose (you only need one dose) and give the money to the poor in Africa.

Then I'd fly again, because doing all these good things is making me tired,

Then I'd create a pill against stupidity.

Then I'd solve all the mysteries of the universe,

Then I'd answer stupid answers to all the Yahoo answers, but still get "best answer" points for all of them,

Then I'd take over the world using only a red paperclip and a pillow,

Then I'd make sure nobody stole the money from the anti-addiction pill on the way to Africa,

Then I'd create a source of electricity than runs on thought,

Then I'd fly again,

Then I'd mix up a needle that would protect you against HIV, AIDS, cancer, the common cold, flu, and pretty much all diseases except old age,

Then I'd give all the doctors who lost their jobs as result of the needle some jobs in making sure that the needle had no strange side-effects,

Then I'd make a law against cloning,

Then I'd- etc.
