Probably the spaceship one because You would be furthest away from any form of life with absolutely no chance of escape, where as the others would give you a very small chance of hope to cling to, that someone may save you.

Uhm...... Buried Alive I guess.  Space is freaky, too.  If people came with me, it wouldn't be as bad.

A submarine would be kinda cool.
