What would you call this religion?

I found this definition for Pantheist, but I want to add a few things:

Pantheist: a doctrine that equates God with the forces and laws of the universe

It seems like a good start, but add that God is Good, and God also has forces beyond the laws of the universe, and God can have a personal relationship with you...

  1. This is totally ridiculous. Can any of you actually concieve of another religion not being Christianity. This started as something I thought to be interesting. Then it basically morphed into Christianity. Let me guess...here come the Bible quotes------>>>

  2. Then that would be Panentheism;

    Panentheism (from Greek (pân) "all"; (en) "in"; and (Theós) "God"; "all-in-God") is a belief system which posits that God exists and interpenetrates every part of nature, and timelessly extends beyond as well. Panentheism is distinguished from pantheism, which holds that God is synonymous with the material universe.[1]

  3. Never heard of this before but I agree in part for sure.  The Creator of the universe did make the laws of Science and the universe but goes way beyond that.  The creator of the cosmos and gavity also wants a personal relationship with each of us.  The very one who holds all things together, takes the time to meet each one of our needs indivudually.  That is NOT a "religion" it is a relationship..........

  4. Are you trying to make Pantheism into Pseudo-Christianity?

  5. Christianity or gullibility. Your choice.

  6. It is basically just nicknaming everything around you "God".

    It's close to paganism without the Harry Potterishniss.

  7. I see that you are trying to meet people where they are and lead them into the truth but remember that The LORD created.  We worship the creator of all things including the laws of the universe; we do not worship the creation or we err.

  8. I call that a poor attempt at bringing God down to our level.  It is creating a false god.

    God (not "god", by the way), who created this MEST universe (MEST = Matter, Energy, Space and Time), is not part of the very universe He created.  God transcends both space and time, and does not consist of matter or energy.  (Jesus said "God is Spirit.")

    God can not consist of the elements that He created - that is a logical contradiction.

  9. Pantheism is a belief in more than one god.

  10. Pantheists don't believe in a conscious, creator god so your point doesn't make much sense. They can't make themselves believe in something they don't believe.
