What would you call your Paranormal Team?

Hello, Im looking to start a new Ghost Hunters Paranormal team. My current teams name is the Realm. If you were starting a team. What would you call it? Thanks

Just stay away from scientific sounding names such as such and such county center of paranormal research. Or the Paranormal research society. Stay away from professional names or claims.

Just use names like My county Ghost Hunters Club or ghost society. the term Ghost society has the connotation of clubs now.

If you want to use the term paranormal you can use  something like your county Paranormal Investigators just again do not claim to be professional unless you either have a degree and a doctorate or if you make a good living doing this and have no other income.

Most people who use the term professional justify it because they have made even a buck off their hobby either from donations or charging which most do not or selling books cups t-shirts etc.

that would depend on my experience in what I was investigating. if your investigating ghosts, then you want to have something about ghosts or spirits. I am sure your not going to be investigating big foot, or psychics, or parapsychology. I hate it when groups are afraid to say they investigate ghosts and or spirits. TAPS, case in point, The Atlantic Paranormal Society. Outside of ghosts, I don't think I ever saw them investigating anything else paranormal? Therefore they should have named it TAGS: The Atlantic Ghost Society. That's makes sense. Hope this helps you out.

I would keep it professional and dignified as people will respond to that better.  

I recommend that you use something like the city or county name that you live in.  

For example:  "CPR"  for "Chicago Paranormal Research"
