What would you change about this house?

Question

I am going to be purchasing this house while I'm in college. I want to make some cosmetic changes during that time. I have some ideas but would like to know what you would do (paint color, landscaping, etc.)

Sorry we cant see the picture, but if you keep all colours very neutral and bright it will make it appear bigger and fresher, which is what people find appealing. landscape I would keep it all very low maintenance you know plants that dont become a weed.  All the in plants at the moment are very low maintenance but cost heaps,
