  1. I would think swimming.  


  2. wrestling if u wrestle u know wat im talkin about but i do swimming to help build my endurance for wrestling but if u ask me wrestling is the best test especially tournaments when u have to wrestle 4 matches maybe even more and each match is 6 minutes long with no breaks just nonstop action wrestling u get very tired

  3. Running beats both of them but of the two I would say they are about the same as I have done both competitively but running definitely trumps both easliy.

  4. Definitely swimming! But  I am biased conisdering I am a competitive swimmer ;)

  5. Totally swimming, although i've never tried wrestling, you do dry land and weight lifting and running and everything!!
