What would you consider to be more valuable in life and why..... successful achievements or greater knowledge?

Undoubtedly both are necessary and interconnected too...... but after a certain level of having attained both, which of the two would add more value?

both are valuable in life--if knowledge is not there then you can not have achievements. knowledge leads to achievements.without it achievements are temporary and deceptive also.

Achievements. Though of course it would depend on what those achievements were and *how* one achieved them. Success is the mark which one has on this world, knowledge like spirituality is ultimately a personal affair.

Greater knowledge is more valuable. All the successful achievements you received  in life is mostly attributable from the knowledge you have acquired.......... Knowledge is the key to happiness............... If you have the knowledge with you, the goodness in life is unquestionably attained......... Greater knowledge gives you the wisdom to educate people. ..............Greater knowledge puts you to pedestal and provides  awareness of the universe.

Knowledge is permanently embedded in your soul but what you achievements vanish when you die.  You can achieve greater things with more knowledge.  I think the knowledge is more important because without it you cannot achieve great things.  You can try but you would fail.

When I try to met people, no one asks me what I know. They always ask me what I do. That question is how people judge you.  Success = status= security= not dying alone.

Firstof all I want to tell u that the question  u 've asked is very important in today's aspect.Well practically all the achievements are on the upper side in any individual's life and that is coz it gives superficial satisfaction in life of attaining a certain level .

But when we grow older we find all the knowledge  that we gained is of more importance. And we actually feel happy in demonstrating that knowledge.

At last I think that these two aspects are actually two phases which we encounter in our life .
