Don't mind leaving anything out!

Diced pork, leeks, red onion, carrots, a swede, some potatoes (have baking ones or normal whites) and bizarrely some celery! (Ooh and I have a bag of dumpling mix!)

I have some pork gravy powder and 2 stock cubes too....

I am the world's worst cook so the more instructions the better - would love to bung it all in a big pot on the hob but not sure how to go about it!! Please help - want a yummy dinner!!

pour some oil(olive oil is better)on top of it and (if u av any)fresh/dried herbs)and make a little stock with ya cube (u need about 10 tbs)and pour it on everything.

cook it on a hot oven(180° C until golden)

  2. Just chuck it all into a big saucepan - cut the vegetables up a bit as usual - then simply make a stew out of it.

  3. Throw your stock cubes or gravy into a crockpot with water

about 2 TB stock Or gravy with 3 or 4 C water

    with the pork

    1/2 to 1 onion, diced

    carrots (peeled & diced)

    potatoes (peeling optional) , diced

    celery diced

    into a crockpot

    cook all day.

Serve as is or make some biscuits to sop up your juices.

  4. well id put them all in a blender and then drink everything xD

  5. chuck every thing in a frying pan(or pot) exept for celery(goes back where you found it / in da bino/r if u want to u can eat it)and the potato put potato in micro wave for about 30 secs or 1min(until its really hot!!!!)

cut onions befor they go in do carrots on a seperate pan (WITH SUGAR)put it all on a plate and pour gravy on

gravy:if it donesnt say on paked just put water in kettle n pout that into measuring jug/cup add powder !!!!!!!!!!!

  6. mish mash the lot

stick it in a frying pan for bout 15-20 mins

  7. Crockpot!!

those are all the best in one!!

toss it all in and cook on high for 4-6 hrs!!

  8. I would make a stew and dumpling...proper comfort food. Dust the pork in flour (if you have it..don't worry if not) and brown the meat in the bottom of the pan. Chop up all the veg to approx the same size and add it to the pot. Make about a pint of stock (depends how full your pan is - shouild almost cover the veg), Season with pepper - put salt in later cos stock can be salty already.

bring to boil on the hob and simmer for about 20 mins. then taste and season and thicken/reduce as below. Meanwhile mix up the dumpling mix. Once the potatos and meat seem almost cooked, add dumplings to the top of the liquid in the pan. Cover with a lid and cook for a further 10-15 mins until they are swollen and fluffy.

    Enjoy.

If it needs thickened, add a little gravy powder...to thin, add a bit more water. Really easy and tasty.

  9. i love these answers, they are sounding amazing. why not, cook the pork(fry), make a leek and onion sauce(cream and butter in it).cook the carrots and sweede etc as individual veggies, peel potatoes and bake, serve pork, veg, bin celery(its gross) then pout the cream sauce over pork and add gravy to taste.

  10. Give the potatoes (either sort) a scrub and chop them into smallish chunks. Put them in a pan of cold water, bring to the boil then simmer them until they are nearly done (soft enough for a fork to go through easily).

    Meanwhile:

Chop the leeks into round slices.

Chop up onion into smallish bits or slices.

Wash the carrot and chop into smallish bits. Chuck the ends away. You don't need to peel it.

Wash and chop the celery into chunks.

Drain the spuds an dry out the pan.

Put in some cooking oil (a mix of sunflower and olive is good, but use whatever you have).

Drop in the onions. Stir them round for a couple of minutes.

Add the pork. Stir it slowly, get it coated with oil, you should see it start to cook on each side. Cook for 5 minutes or so.

Add the leaks and stir into the pork and onion mix.

Add the carrot and celery, stir the whole lot around. Put the lid on leave it on lowish heat for 5 minutes. Then give it a stir to make sure it isn't sticking. The carrots should start to go soft.

    Mix in the spuds.

Make a little stock with a cube and some water.

Add this to the pot. Put heat high for 30 seconds then cook on low heat for another ten minutes.

Pull out a bit of pork with a fork and split it to make sure it is cooked right though. If not then give it another 5 minutes.

When pork is cooked then the whole lot is ready.

    Bon appetit.

  11. You could cut up the leeks, red onions, carrots swede, celery and potatoes into large chunks place them on a tray and spinkle with some olive oil and roast them.

Fry the pork and then take off the heat.

Make a gravy out of the gravy powder and the stock cube

Place the roasted veg and pork into a pan together and then pour on the gravy/stoke mix. simmer until it thickens a little, and hey-presto a very basic stew. (don't forget to add seasoning)

You could make the dumblings and have them with the stew also.

  12. You can make some stir fry with the pork, onion, carrots, potatoes and celery.

Just cut them all, heal oil in some fry pan and first start frying the pork and then add veggies. (dont forget to add spices and salt and pepper).

You can even add the cubes for more taste or you can have it with the gravy.

  13. I'd make a big hot pot of pork stew. Not only will it taste good, it is also good for your health. Easy clean up I might add as well. Don't forget to add salt and pepper to taste. See if you can pick up some green beans as well. Thicken the broth with a little flour and add a small salad on the side. Add meat first to brown...then a splash of water. Put carrots in first and then the rest of the veggies. Add water just ot cover veggies then add pork gravy and 2stock cubes. Add potatoe at the end as they cook fastest. If you have a few more stock cubes I'd suggest you add them as well. Don't forget a small salad.
