she broke up with me 2.5 months ago and now i am going to rome to basically chase after her. should i give my x the letter that i am writing on the plane to rome to tell her how i feel and then wait to see if she wants to meet with me before i give her the golden rose? OR do i give them both to the university to give to her at the same time??

now she just sent me a message wanting to get a drink before she goes away. Now what should i do? what is she thinking
