What would you do differently if you were not allowed to watch television or use a computer for 1 solid year?

I threw the TV out several years ago, that simple act made a significant improvement in the quality of life in our home.  

The computer is another matter, I use it to earn my living at home, and also to keep track of all my family members who are spread all over the country.  I would hate to think of parting with the computer, it contributes to the quality of life.
