What would you do if LAPD did this to you?

In 1999 till now I have tried to prove that members of Lapd's Rampart division have committed crimes against me. I have been shot at by police officers that took off there uniforms to disguise them selfs as gang members , I have been beat, illegally detained, accused of attempted murder of a social worker , and put on probation for making complaints against LAPD these officer that I complain about where the one's taking the complains. internal affairs is part of the corruption. lots of people I know were killed or beat by off duty or on duty cops. I'm tried of this all, also the FBI has sold my info to the Mexican mafia. how would you handle this????????????

The LAPD is the number one law enforcement agency is the United States, meaning that anything they do the proper brass members will look the other way. And on the other side they are doing a fantastic job if they are rated america's finest !
