What would you do if a Police Chief was known for...?

choking a 14 year old on school property; involved in the shooting death of a officer in a precinct; kicking on black people doors for an hour without a warrant; shinning a flood light in their window for a hour without a warrant; having a lady murder(possibly) because the landlord rented to blacks; ordered someone to break into his office to tamper with evidence related to the shooting death of an officer; as he keeps moving from jurisdiction to jurisdiction to get chief of police jobs; who would continuously hire such an individual, especially as chief of police...what would you do, a little street justice maybe, best answer gets it...

That would never stand. someone would have blown a whistle and he would be sitting in prison.

Call the State Attorney Generals office and file a complaint, or, call the feds and tell them. There is always a way to report a crooked cop.
