I mean he blocks your exit and begins poking and pushing you, saying "whoa, whoa, you AIN'T leaving with THAT puny thing!"

This actually happened to me. Just want to see what you'd do here....

  1. HONESTLY? wow... that's horrible.

If that were me I'd probably say " Excuse me, but what I gave you is quite enough. Quite frankly, you're lucky to be getting anything at all from me. Now unless you move aside, I expect your manager would just LOVE to hear that you are the cause of me never coming back again, and spreading a bad word. You loosing your job is no skin off my nose. However, if you continue to baricate this door any longer I really won't mind calling the police and explaining the situation. Do you understand?"

So what did you do about it?

  2. Contact the manager of the restaurant. If I were running the place, that waiter would not be working there any longer. Physically asaulting the customer goes so far past the line it's not even funny. Also press charges. If the management at the place doesn't feel the need to cooperate, then you sue them, and not just the restaurant, but if it's a chain, like a Dennys, then the whole d**n company.

  3. call the  manager  then  the  police

  4. He is in the absolute wrong here. A good waiter would never do that and he definitely don't deserve a good tip. You should see the manager. That waiter has also assaulted you by poking and pushing you. Seek compensation!

  5. WHAT? Call the manager, and tell him/her that their restaurant has lost untold amounts of customers due to this rude waiter. Tell the manager that you will give the place a bad review on Yelp! and tell all of your friends about the terrible time you had there. The restaurant business thrives on returning customers and word-of-mouth advertising, so the manager will definitely take your concern to heart. Maybe you'll get a free meal out of it.

  6. Call a manager over and if they don't let you leave phone the police. If you paid your bill you can legally leave.

  7. talk to the manager, report him, tell him to suck it up you dont have extra change, thats just messed up

  8. Hi

really interested which countru you met this incident

    call the manager

    call the police

for curiousity how you manage to escape

  9. Call for the manager and tell him his waiter is physically threatening .. that is a reason for having him dismissed on the spot. that is less than just unprofessional. That is unacceptable. x

  10. any witnesses? if so, file a civil suit against him for damages, citing public humiliation, intimidation, and physical harrasment. If thats not your cup of tea, go tell the manager and get him tossed!

Or you can continue to return, and leave him 3 pennies for a tip every time~

All in how big an a***e you want to be, for me, it would be the 3 pennies~

  11. I would have told him he was absolutely right.

I would reconsider my tip and be leaving with absolutely nothing, and a complaint to the manager about his staff's attitude if he keeps it up.

  12. BEAR HIS BTICH *** DOWN.
