What would you do if the lottery was say £30,000,000 and you bought....?

13,999,999 tickets.... assuming that the exact amount of possible combinations was 14,000,000 and you somehow managed to raise £13,99,999 for the tickets but by fate you missed one combination. . . the one that won ! after expecting to win £30,000,000 but instead finding you were down £14M . . .

What would you do if it was you ?

chances are you will get your money back...

even if you don't hit all the numbers, you will probably hit the other prizes such as  6/7, 5/7, number and so on...

This has actually been done before  and most countries have rules against it.

I think the last time it was done was in Australia..  where they got more then the jackpot since they were able to claim more then one prize.

if you were doing it yourself it would be impossible to buy the tickets in a week...

14,000,000 tickets @ 1 minute (just a rough number for sake of argument)

14,000,000 / 60minutes per hour = 233,333.33 hours

233,333.33 / 24 hours per day = 9,722.22 days

and you wouldnt be 14mil down... what about all the 3, 4, 5 and 5 + bonus you have won :)

i never though about that. that would suck very bad. i would never do that in the first place being as i dont bet. but if it did somehow happen i would be very angry.

I'm not about to do something like that because that's entirely my luck to have that many tickets and still lose. I'd kind of feel sorry for someone else though.
