My exs girlfriend always tells me how my ex is worthless and she doesn't love him and how he is never around for his son that he has custdy of and how he is no good she is always putting him down what do you do??

Just be supportive and listen to her heart, that is the only way she can out pour her feelings. In the end she herself gets tired of grumbling and it is just going to be a re winded story...and when she is done, start bombarding her now with advice and the no. 1 thing that you tell her is to stop feeling bitter, because the most affected of all is she herself anyway...good luck!
