What if one of the passengers was short a few bucks and he said "Bite me!" and he threw a bunch of quarters, nickels, dimes, and pennies right in your face and threw them at you hard.

A) What would you do?

B) What would you do if you didn't have to worry about getting trouble for whatever it is you wanted to do to him?

  1. Arrange to have his lifeless body removed at next scheduled stop...

  2. A) Call ahead and have the police arrest him at the next stop.  That is assault and battery.  B) Go right on by his stop and make him get off at the next stop after his so he'll have to walk back.

  3. Walk away--his few dollars will not make or brak the train company---and I would prefer not to deal with an a--hole who acts like a jerk. My day will be NO different because of him. Of course if I were Steven Segal--I would break his arms at the elbows

  4. I would make sure the train was moving at very high speed, then I would throw the bloke off without any thought to slow the train down.

  5. I would punch him right in the eyeball and toss his stupid a** right off the train.

  6. Get the cops to take him off at the next station. Why do you ask...did someone do this to you?

  7. A.) Toss him off at the next stop.

B.) Toss him out door, train still moving, the moment he pulled that stunt.

  8. Exactly what Hoghead said.

  9. The ultimate punishment would be to put him in a conductors uniform and make him work for no pay for 6 months.

Poor b*****d, that might be too much.

Throwing him off a train would be very rewarding but if he were to survive he would probably be able sue for enough to own the RR and be your boss for the rest of your life.

I would have to agree with Chuck's answer, that truly is criminal behavior.
