First of all, I would tell it to not drink from the bottle, and to use a glass. And then, I would tell it to not be drinking my special vintage, and to drink the cheaper brand I buy for regular occasions. And then, out of curiousity, I  would ask it how it managed to get that whiskey out of my cupboard in the first place. Not that it couldn't get it down, after all, if it can open a bottle and drink from it, it should be able to get it down from the cupboard. It's just that I keep the cupboard locked.

I have the same problem with my beer and my cat. But the beer is kept in the fridge and the cat can and does open it.  I wish it wouldn't leave beer cans lying around, though

I'd say "NO!" and then get him his bowl instead, and drink some myself :) Then I'd buy something else..

I'd be freaking out! Then I'd try to make sure the dog would vomit so that way he wouldn't die from drinking it.

I would scold the dog.  He can't pay for the bottle so all you can do without hurting the dog or giving him away is be mad at him.
