  1. BUY SOME MORE GROCERIES

  2. Do what your instincts tell you to do.

  3. I would most likely keep it, but part of me would want to go to customer service or give it to a homeless person. I would feel it would be alomost a test!

  4. take it and run !!

  5. Buy groceries.  If I saw the person drop it, I would hand it back to him or her.  :)

  6. keep it n leave

  7. can't trace the owner, so i'd keep it

  8. keep it

  9. I liked the answer that said hold on to it and let the manager know to call if someone lost money but I don't think I would do that in a large store. In the small town grocery store where I live there are to many people, families that honestly need the $100.00 for groceries so I would give it to the owner / manager and hope I could return it.

  10. Buy groceries.

  11. If you want to be honest about it, ask the grocery store owner to give your phone number to anyone that makes enquiries about losing money.  Don't disclose the amount you found.  If anybody does ring you, ask them how much was it that they lost.  If you don't get   the right answer over a three month period.  Then spend the money with a clear conscience.

  12. I am a very honest person, unless I seen who dropped it I would keep it.

  13. buy beer. since if i ask around everyone within hearing distance will say they dropped the money

  14. The temptation to keep it would be very strong - no doubt.

If there were a Salvation Army guy out in front of the store, and since we usually honestly have enough groceries - I'd toss it in their kettle.

  15. Keep it. =D

  16. spend it,meats are high

  17. the right thing

  18. Spend it on wine.

  19. I did, just last week a crisp 100 dollar bill and I used it to pay for my items.

  20. I once found $40 that someone had left in the self-check machine.  I turned it into cusomer service, but left my name and number in case nobody claimed it.  SOB came back for it, though!!!

I DID keep a $10 bill I found in the same situation once before that.  I felt SO GUILTY after...  I guess the 40 was a chance for me to "redeem" myself!

  21. my 8yrs old son said ill buy Nintendo ds..
