What would you do if you found a cigarette in your sandwhich after you ordered it take out?

my mom was eating a sandwhich from Quiznos and when she bit into it something was in her mouth and she took it out and it was a cigarette, who should we complain to about this?

Well confront the manager of the restaurant and hopefully get some free food or get them in big trouble, that is disgusting! What did you do?
