This is just a hypothetical question. I think the Landowner is suppose to disclose that type of information?

  1. LOL hmmmm - really depends on how they died - if they died of natural causes or peacefully then that would be okay for me - if they hung themselves or cut their own head off I would maybe think of relocating LOL

  2. Nothing.  Someone has died everywhere.

  3. Not where I live. It is not at all a law to disclose knowledge of ones passing to a potential tenant.

We all die son. Its not a big deal.

  4. Ouija board

  5. move nowww !!!

  6. I would try to negotiate a better price for my monthly rent ;)... Not because I care that somebody died, but just because it could be used as a bargaining chip.

  7. I rented a house that was last lived in by a old lady. Who had lived there for over 50 years and died in her bed at home. In the bedroom my wife and I shared.

We got a comfortable Vibe from the house. Things would get moved. And the only thing to ever Disappear was a John Cougar tape with the song "Play Guitar" on it.

    Good Times!

    that is my answer

  8. To answer the second half of your question: the seller or renter of any property is legally obligated to inform you of any death that has occurred on the premises of which you are the prospective occupant. This is required to be disclosed at the time that the buyerofficially presents an offer, if a sale, or the lease or rental agreement signing.

In answer to the first part of your question, I do not know what I would do. I suppose it may depend on the circumstances of the death. I may not feel comfortable, I think, if a death had not been from natural causes.
