  1. I would feel disgusted and used and I would Report 'em and Deport 'em.  If it was meant to be, they could come back legally!

  2. I completely agree with fragglerockqueen. It's all about whether you truly feel your relationship is meant to be long term. If that is the case, when you finally decide to marry, you can file that person as an immediate family case for green card.

Otherwise, if you don't feel your relationship is that ....leave the illegal part out of it...Date until you know. That person is a person who bleeds and has a heart just like any other person. Be considerate of the dreams and aspirations. If you don't plan on staying with that person. You move on and let that person's destiny be determined by them.

  3. if you love her to much help heer if you dont send her to me in mexico please

  4. report them.  i wouldn't want to get in trouble just because they were being dishonest with me.

  5. send them back home I would also be pissed the illegal had been lying to me.

  6. I was actually in such a situation. It comes down to this...

Do you love them? What have you invested in this relationship? Length of time together? Joint assets (i.e. - checking account, renting or owning home together, etc.) that have been combined? Are there children involved? They may never have mentioned their legal (or lack thereof) status because it just never occurred to them as something that could be important to you. Many people come to this country illegally and after 2 or 3 (or God knows how many more) years of living a normal life, things like being documented just seems like a formality that isn't such a big deal.

Ultimately, you have two choices. You can either decide to end the relationship - in which case you can do as so many have suggested with the whole "Report & Deport" deal (although remember, Karma is a b**** that will come back and bite you in the a** if you're just doing it to be spiteful), or you can decide to continue the relationship and help them become a legal resident - which would ultimately include marrying them. To that extent, they can either go back to their country and you could file a fiance visa for them or the two of you can go ahead and marry (since the person is already here) and you can file an I-130 for your spouse.

Ultimately, the choice is yours and you should do some real soul searching about how you feel about the person, and whether or not you'd want to be with that person the rest of your life (or, at least until you divorce like 1/2 the population typically does).

    Regardless, good luck!

  7. Love her more for being so naughty!.. and then I would spank her.

  8. illegal is nowadays a very elastic word

Some people use it as an insult. For others, it lacks importance

    Depends on the case

  9. DEPORT THEM.  We have enough illegals here.

  10. Wouldn't think it would impair their love making.

  11. Say, "Adios!"

  12. I paid and filled out paperwork and paid and filled out paperwork and... My wife better be here legally.

  13. break up and report them -- they have been dishonest with me, after all.  Obviously they aren't to be trusted.
