  1. You must be with the Diplomatic Core of an Embassy.

  2. I thought I might park in disabled parking spaces without the requisite badge but you don't need diplomatic immunity to avoid a ticket for that one.

Diplomatic immunity is not easy to come by.  Take a look at the troubles Robbie the Pict has to contend with.  Start off at the page below and then google Robbie the Pict.  You could always donate an acre of land to the Pictish Free State and see if Robbie will make you Pictish Ambassador to wherever you're from.

I'm curious why you asked this question.

  3. Diplomatic immunity is given to diplomats when in foreign countries. To get this, you would have to be employed as a diplomatic agent in your country's embassy in a foreign country. However, this does not mean you can do whatever you want. If you commit a crime, your country can waive your immunity and allow you to be tried and convicted.

  4. You need to become an ambassador.  All ambassadors have diplomatic immunity.

I think some people are confusing it with sovereign immunity, which is often used by people who commit genocide.

  5. Probably watch my back a lot because you have to do something pretty bad to have diplomatic immunity.  If you perform mass genocide, "ethnic cleansing", etc., you may be eligible for immunity, but there aren't many favorable countries that would offer it to you after such a feat.

  6. To obtain diplomatic immunity you have to be a exiled national, head of state,or someone who has help the United States in missions to bring down countries and have no where to go.
