What would you do if you receive a disgrantled costumer?

The same thing I always do.  Tell them to take their personal problems somewhere else as I throw them out of my store.

if you do - I would do what I could to rectify the situation and make whatever changes I could and then, that would be it!

I would give the costumer some of my grantles if I could remember where I left them.

i would politely tell them to pound sand.... just like the Saudis did to bush when he went crawling to them to pump more oil.....
