and the Police approached you and told you, you have to leave, what would you do? They said that they have you on Video but you know, you did nothing wrong.

A department store is the private property of either an individual or a company.  The police have no jurisdiction unless called by a manager or store security.  You can challenge the police officers if you are approached by them and no store management/security accompanying them

I would ask what the problem was, and maybe even contact the manager. If this doesn't work, when you get home, call the department store and explain what happened and ask them if they know what happened, or you can always go down to the police department and explain to the other officers what happened, and ask them why there co-workers did this to you.

Iv'e never personaly heard of this ever happening with out some one explaining to you why they are asking you to leave, thats really bizare, that they wouldnt give you no explanation, and told you to leave. Where you acting up? Being to loud?
