What would you do if you went fishing for trout in White River with the homemade bait?

( Velveeta cheese with some bread crumbs), caught a trout, and it spat out the bait disgustedly and said: "Man, you are cheap! Decent folk mix Velveeta cheese with Ritz crackers!", jumped into the water and swam away, to surface once more and shout: "And wait till I tell other trout!"?

First of all I fish in a river called the White river right where it joins into the Salmon river up in Northwest BC. I catch some of the finest steelhead, cutthroat, and rainbow trout found around anywhere. I have never attached a ritz cracker with cheese to the end of my fly-rod, but if it will keep the trout from squealing on me then I will surely have to try it. Either that or give up on the BC bud.lol.  40yr exp
