What would you do if you were being favored because you are a woman?

Being favored at work. I am the only woman with about 30 men. One of the bosses is showing me favoritism and it is embarrassing me. I'm pretty sure the guys can see it. I want to be treated like everyone else, but don't want to embarrass my boss either.

If I really thought that I was being favored, I'd pull my boss aside and respectfully suggest that whether he realizes it or not, he appears to be showing me favoritism.  Let him know that you're worried that it will cause you problems, and that you'd like to be rewarded for your hard work, not for any other reason.

Be prepared for him to possibly do a 180 on you, in which case, you should speak to Human Resources.

Yea!! that would be a tough one being favored over the men, but I would

kind of love it perhaps for a short while and yes it is better to be treated

all the same.
