I have friends in the Carolinas...they are just stocking up on supplies,but are not evacuating.

What I'm doing now. I'll go get some extra food, candles, water, and batteries later. Just incase we lose power. Dipshits around my way hit a puddle and take out the power never mind driving in a downpour.

I would be putting my check books, cash and pills in an overnite bag and a few days of clothes then I would tank up the car and leave until it passes.
