I was asked this question at first i thought it was strange but it turned out to be fun in answering, so try it.

You get kidnapped by a crazy artist who has gained great fame and fortune by the hyper realistic sculptures he creates. Unfortunately for you it turns out he makes those sculptures by turning people to stone!

As your loaded on to the pedestal that will become your new home your allowed to pose as you like, with whoever you want (they also get petrified with you then, although he says he will not join you), and asked where you would like to be placed.

Describe the scenario, :-) be as creative and detailed as you want! (most detailed and creative will probably receive the points though ie, how the transformation actually happens, your last words, how it feels etc)

Note: Assume that when your turned into a statue your still aware but just can't move. (i guess this can effect what type of pose you want to be stuck in :-) )

  1. Oh fun!

Okay ... so I am walking around downtown, doing a little window shopping, when all of the sudden I am cloaked in darkness.  When I awaken, there is a man sitting in front of me, sketching, or perhaps painting.  A little groggy yet, I take a moment to assess my surroundings ... I am tied tightly to a chair in what seems to be some sort of studio.  There are abstract and bizarre sculptures, paintings, and drawings covering every inch of wall space, some are even suspended from the ceiling.  I make note of the frightened expressions on the faces of these sculptures, also noting that they are eerily realistic.  I then direct my attention to the man sitting in front of me.  He's surprisingly stylish, with wicked green eyes that flicker a hint of insanity.  "Good morning" he whispers in a husky voice.  "Ugh .." I moan.  He then goes on to explain his elaborate artistic plan of turning me into a stone sculpture.  Seeing no other option, I ask him to give me a few moments to decide my pose and where I would like to spend the rest of my immobile life.  He agrees.  After a few somber hours, I decide that this might be kind of fun.  Afterall, I have always wanted to be a fly on the wall.  I request to be sent to the President's most private office and to be posed as the modern day "thinking woman".  After a few phone calls, the arrangements are made.  Now for the transformation.  I am stripped of my clothes, and though I feel embarassed at first, I soon embrace the thought of being viewed as an amazing piece of art.  I then willingly step onto my pedestal, making sure to get comfortable, as I will surely be here a while.  I sit upon a large metallic ball, my knees are touching and my feet are on each side of the ball.  I bring my right had thoughfully to my ... and all of a sudden I am frozen.  "I wasn't ready!" I try scream ... to no avail.  I feel myself rolling, and there in front of me is a large mirror.  I can see myself.  I am pleasantly surprised!  I appear both distressed and elegant, afraid but confident, it's beautiful.  I cannot wait to arrive at my destination and truly know the motives behind the most powerful men and women in the country.
