  1. I'd radio it in to Dispatch, they would have Officers awaiting at the next station who would remove the offender...

    The individual would be charged in California with Assault (x2) of a STATE OFFICIAL, tried, and look forward to 12 months in prison + $1000 in fines.


  2. That would be assault, a matter for the police.

  3. pick up the change and buy a soda

    so i could sip it as I watch the cops take the guy off at the next station and arrest him for assaulting a railroad employee

  4. If that happened, I would ask train engineer to stop the train at next available station and ask passenger to be remove from train for improper behavior.

    If he refused, we'll summon police.
