  1. Organize.  Good luck..

  2. It depends on the circumstances. If I'd been there a while and felt confident that I was competent in performing my duties, I might just up and ask for a raise - assuming your company doesn't have a policy in place regarding periodic reviews for pay raises. If they tell you "no," then tell them you're going to work for another company because you need better pay than what they are offering. It would be best if you actually had another potential job lined up before you said this to your boss, just in case he tells you that he'll help you out by letting you go. But often, employers will offer you a raise to get you to stay when you say you're thinking about leaving. It depends on how valuable you actually are to the company. Don't expect much if you're a slacker. He'll probably tell you "bye" and hold the door for you on your way out. Besides that, I would most likely, in reality, just start looking for another job.

  3. Suck it up until I found another job. And I'd be looking extremely hard for one.

  4. Ask for a raise. If no raise look for a new job. Its hard but you can do it.
