What would you do if you won BIG money in the lottery?

I would buy a decent house for my parents and buy myself a car.

i would get a nice houses a nice car and a pool for if i ever have kids when i'm older.

It would go straight to the bank. The interest would be left to accrue and I'd make some investments. Property is good. There would be NO "Cruise after cruise after cruise." 'til the $ was gone.

I would give some to close family then keep my share in a high interest account have the years interest paid into my current account in monthly installments.

I would buy a penthouse apartment and a small car and use the rest to spend on lots of stuff... I would also arrange to give money to charities.

Out of the money I would also open my own clothes shop in the city :)

Perhaps I will win this week ?

I would give a little to all my close family members. Mom, Dad, 3 sisters, then take the rest and open my dream bar in Redlands, California. Yah baby.

I would take the one time pay out vice annual payments.  Invest most of the money and live off the interest.  So lets say you won 150 million and the one time pay out is 80 million and after taxes you have 45 million left.  Interest at a conservative 5% would be roughly 2.25 million a year.  I could live on that.
