What would you do if your boss makes you fudge certificates? ?

My boss is trying to make my co-worker to fake certificates for other employees. How can she say no with out loosing her job?

I'd rather lose my job then go to jail for fraud. I would go to the police.

What kind of certificates are these?

Put it this way-chances are if thats the kind of business these people are running they probably wont be around long anyways-thus loosing the job really wont be a loss.

I would turn him in.  Unless it's a private business, her boss probably has a boss, too.

Honestly, I wouldnt worry about loosing my job.  I would start looking for another one (or two as the case may be) and then quit.

You could anonymously turn them in to whomever the licensing board for your field is, or to the bbb, or maybe even the police depending on what kind of certificate it is.  Problem there is, chances are they are going to know it was you.
