  1. Is your daughter on the medical card?  If so she would qualify to get the glasses, dental work and psychological help.  Also PRC is a program that can sometimes help with bills one time as well as money to sometimes fix your car.  Have you looked into those options?  I know many people hate being on "welfare" but sometimes you do what you have to do to make sure your kids are taken care of.

  2. There has to be some help available for you through the state you live in. You may qualify for credit vouchers for electricity, grocery, health insurance, etc..

Hang in there, you are doing a great job, don't give up!

  3. Does your child qualify for Passport?

In my state, the program is called K-CHIP, but I don't know if the "CHIP" part is what it's called elsewhere.  It's the provision of medical insurance from the government to children in lower income homes.

There's got to be a way for you to get some help!

  4. if in the us you and her qualify for welfare and health..

  5. Where is her father and the child support check?
