Thw world class teacher is always at the barn she will be there probably 3 years ffrom now

  1. Leslie This is really up to you and what your heart says ?

    I would pick 4 stay until school yr and then see if you really want to change later.

    But remember one thing !

    If you ride English,, You can always ride western !!

    It harder the other way around

  2. The world champ is a fantastic opportunity, but if you felt you were ready for it you wouldn't be asking us this!

    Skip it.  You don't feel ready, you won't get much out of it.  If he teaches at your barn, perhaps you can do it next year.  Pushing ahead when you're not ready will put you at risk, and make it more likely you get disenchanted with the whole thing.  It's a waste of time and money.

    Take the western lessons.  Lease a horse that goes English and western.  After a summer doing Western, you can better decide which discipline you want.

    Once you've decided, go for it with all your heart.
