I just graduated from a small private college with a bachelor's in business. For the last month of so I have been working at the mall as a key holder (entry level managment position) and I hate it. I am looking for another job but I don't know what's the best place to look that will maximize my potential and pay me the most cash. I want a job that is laid back and pays well. The job that I am at now is unorganized and is in a huge lack of staff and doesn't get things done. Any Ideas in where I can switch my career too?

  1. I don't think it's as easy as that to just get a job with excellent pay, not with the way the economy is going. You'll have to do your research send out lots of applicatios, and build up a resume with experience. And usually the more $$$ you want, the more you will have to pay. You could go into some type of high-rage sales where if you sale one item, you make a large commission (i.e. real estate), but you may have to do more training before you can go into real estate. Or what about selling mortgages?
